What Is Current? 

    This app has been around a while with cryptocurrency called "current". However, they finally just released their point system to redeem gift cards and miscellaneous items. Essentially, all you have to do is listen to a radio station - either the ones they have created or a local station. If you listen to the majority or all of a song, you will get points.

    On average, you get 12 points per song. Supposedly this will go up depending on how much of your profile you completed and how long your session of listening is.

    There are also options to watch videos or complete surveys, but I've found that listening is the easiest way to earn through this app.


What You Can Redeem

    They are currently offering a few items for points such as Smart Watches, a mini drone, a projector, bluetooth flashlight/speakers/phone charger, waterproof bluetooth speaker, and a portable block charger.

    However, they do have select gift cards as well, including Amazon, iTunes, XBox, Walmart, Starbucks, Ebay, Uber, Hotels.com, Target, Best Buy, Darden, Fandago, Lowes, Sephora, Nordstrum, TJ-Max, AMC Theatre, Home Depot, and Adidas.
